Refund policy
OVERVIEW
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. This Refund Policy describes the conditions, process, and timing for returns, exchanges, and refunds, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
SECTION 1 — RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at orders@legacytradingco.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and any further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return packages must include the original packing slip or a copy of it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 2 — DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover return shipping by providing a prepaid label or reimbursing your shipping cost.
SECTION 3 — EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about whether your specific item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order or initiating a return.
SECTION 4 — EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
SECTION 5 — REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
